Interviews have changed greatly throughout the past years. The standard questions aren’t being asked, and thus standard answers are no longer expected. Interviews now include assessment centres, dynamic interviews, multiple decisions-makers, and technical tasks, among other elements. Being ready for anything is important, but it can be stressful. In this webinar, we will provide insights related to the new recruitment tools being used and strategies for answering interview questions.
