95% of job applicants apply for around 35% of existing vacancies. The majority of real jobs are awarded without being advertised. Unsolicited applications offer the opportunity to present yourself individually to an employer, largely without competition from other job applicants. This seminar shows you how you can successfully submit an unsolicited application and what you should bear in mind when doing so.
