Bring your CV and 1–2 job advertisements – and get practical feedback from the Career Service.
Are you wondering whether your CV is a good fit for the jobs you are interested in? In this English-language group consultation, we will take a closer look at your CV and discuss how you can tailor it to specific job advertisements in Germany.
What to expect
You will have the opportunity to:
- get feedback on your CV
- compare your CV with specific job requirements
- identify what information and skills to highlight
- discuss how to present your experience and qualifications
- get tips on structure, content and wording
- learn from the questions and examples of other international students
To make the consultation as useful as possible, please bring:
- your current CV
- 1–2 job or internship advertisements you are interested in applying for
The job advertisements can be in English or German. Your CV does not need to be perfect – we will work with what you have.
Please note: This is a group consultation only about your CV. We will discuss selected questions and examples together rather than provide individual one-to-one CV reviews or other questions.
Who can participate?
International students of the University of Kassel who would like to improve their CV for applications in Germany.
Limited places
To allow for meaningful feedback and discussion, this group consultation is limited to 5–8 participants.
If you register but later find out that you cannot attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible. This allows another student to take your place.
