One of the greatest challenges for scientists is to obtain third-party funding: From the idea to a successful research project―the training program "Designing and Managing Research Projects" (EMF) accompanies this path. EMF offers you a wide range of additional qualifications in the field of third-party-funded projects.
In this information event, you will gain an overview of the objectives and structure of the certificate program "Designing and Managing Research Projects" (EMF) and learn about its modules: "Project Design and Application", "Project Management", "Presentation of Research Projects", and "Transfer".
Dr. Christine Berger is the coordinator of the postdoctoral program at the Marburg University Research Academy (MARA). Since 2015, she has been advising doctoral students and postdocs on topics related to third-party funding acquisition and career planning, and coordinates the EMF certificate program in Marburg. Since 2022, she has also been working with tenure track professors and junior research group leaders as part of the Young Faculty Network at Philipps-Universität Marburg.
Requirements
To participate in the online course you need a PC/laptop with a current browser (recommended: Chrome or Firefox) as well as a headset (or speakers and microphone), a webcam plus a stable internet connection.
