In this seminar, you will gain a practice-oriented introduction to the most important methods and tools in project management. You will learn how to professionally initiate, plan and monitor projects in particular in the preparation, application and implementation of funded projects. You will obtain valuable skills that will enable you, together with your team, to successfully tackle even complex tasks.

Requirements
To participate, you will need a laptop/PC with a camera, microphone and internet access. The Zoom platform as well as other tools will be used during the workshop and you will receive the link to the online platform a few days prior to the event.

Dr. Katrin Schickhoff
Dr. Katrin Schickhoff has been a trainer, consultant and moderator at universities and innovative companies for more than 20 years. She deliberately works across all sectors. She previously worked for more than 10 years as a research assistant and project manager in the research and innovation funding of the federal government and the state of Berlin and is therefore familiar with the work of the funding organizations.
