Would you like to have more clarity about how you can act even more confidently as a manager and build good working relationships? However, there is little time for this in your everyday life - and you tend to be alone with your thoughts? Use the strength and wisdom of the group - with the help of a structured, professionally guided approach. With peer group coaching, you will experience collegiality and support with your challenges and receive tips and opportunities to reflect on aspects such as self-management, roles, goal-oriented processes, relationship building and communication as a supervisor. As you will come together with postdoctoral researchers from different fields, with different goals and at different stages, you can learn a lot from each other and grow together.
At the end of the workshop series, you will have acquired and deepened the following skills:
- Structured and targeted application of the peer coaching method (transferable to other subject areas as required)
- Communication skills for peer counseling and (self-)leadership
- Ability for self-reflection, self-management and self-presentation
- Networking and mutual consultation in small groups (possible beyond the time of the workshop)
