Dr. Anna Bauer, Research Adviser with a background as DAAD Lecturer for New Zealand, and Lars Kaduhr, Coordinator of International Funding and Cooperation Programmes at the University of Kassel and a background in microbiology will present a variety of options how to find and finance research stays abroad.

Prerequisites

The virtual postdoc meeting is an informal group of postdocs that meets once a month, usually on the first Thursday from 12:30 to 13:30 pm.
Special guests take part in varying topics.

Dr. Anna Bauer
Universität Kassel

Dr. phil. Anna Bauer (M.A., MPA, Dipl. DaF) joined U Kassel's Research Support in October 2022 and advises on national and university-internal funding. Prior to that, she worked as a researcher in two DFG projects at U Marburg ("Hethitische mythologische Texte" and "eDiAna") and was a doctoral researcher at U Göttingen and Marburg, where she received her PhD in Historical Linguistics. Her position as DAAD Lecturer for New Zealand in Auckland entailed funding advising for researchers and students regarding support from the DAAD and the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.
