This interactive workshop is designed for doctoral candidates and postdocs who want to strengthen their moderation skills in academic contexts. You will explore the essentials of professional communication and learn how to prepare for different meeting formats with clarity and structure. The workshop introduces core moderation techniques such as input collection, targeted questioning, visualization, and decision-making. As a certified coach and trained mediator, she supports postdocs, university employees and executives and accompanies people, teams and organizations in the constructive solution of conflicts. She regularly publishes articles on the subject of coaching and conflict management in research institutions and is a non-fiction author.
