Im öffentlichen Dienst im Allgemeinen und in der Wissenschaft im Besonderen ist die Führung von Mitarbeitenden häufig eine Zusatzaufgabe zum Kerngeschäft. Daher ist die Zeit dafür oft sehr knapp. Der Workshop berücksichtigt diese besondere Herausforderung. Die Teilnehmenden erfahren, wie sie Arbeitsaufgaben und Projektziele mit sinnvollen Methoden der Führung von Mitarbeitenden zusammenbringen können.
